Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Yearly subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you'll automatically revert to the free tier

Is my video recording private and secure?

Your privacy is our top priority. We only analyze the audio for speech metrics — no facial recognition or biometric data collection. Audio is streamed securely to our transcription service for real-time analysis, and transcripts are processed by AI to generate your scorecard. Video recordings are automatically deleted after 24 hours, and we never use your data to train AI models.

What happens after my 7-day free trial?

After your 7 days are up — or once you've used both of your free sessions, whichever comes first — you'll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue practicing. You will not be automatically charged. Your existing reports and history remain accessible, but you won't be able to start new interview sessions until you upgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with Eyecerity for any reason, contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans?

Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to yearly at any time. When you switch, we'll prorate your remaining monthly subscription and apply it as credit toward your yearly plan. You can also downgrade from yearly to monthly, though this takes effect at your next renewal date to ensure you get full value from your annual subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?
